Delivery and Returns
We strive to keep our customers happy, and therefore offer tracked courier delivery.
Standard Delviery starts from £3.99 and will take approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch. (UK only)
There is a £2 surcharge for delivery to remote area (postcodes IM, HE, ZE – Shetlands)
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the following working day.
We will take the utmost care to pack your order with the same level of love and attention in which we make our products.
Customers will be notified via email once the order has been processed and again on dispatch.
We offer free standard delivery for orders over £50. (UK Only)
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address that is supplied during checkout. However, we can’t be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery if an incomplete or incorrect address was provided during checkout. Please note: we are unable to process orders to P.O Box addresses
We currently cannot offer shipping to outside of UK.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We’re confident that you’ll be absolutely thrilled with your order. But in the unlikely event that you’re not, just get in touch ASAP. You can do this via our Say Hello page - just leave your contact details, order number and we’ll strive to get in touch with you and resolve any problems you may have experienced. After all, our aim is to please!
Should you decide that you’d like a refund or exchange, please get in touch as above. We will advise you of our returns address and ask that you retain original outer packaging and reuse to return products to us. Please also ensure that you enclose your invoice with your returns. Regrettably, we are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.
Returned products must be unused, and in re-saleable condition (unless faulty). We will refund/exchange all products in full on receipt and verification of returned condition of goods. Please note: delivery and packaging costs both ways will not be refunded. (Please allow a max of 30 days for the refund to be processed – it usually won’t take as long)
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our products, we do ask that should you wish to return or exchange any products you do so within 10 working days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange should you exceed this time limit.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
